I reported this same problem on a different thread a couple of days ago and I was told that the issue is on my end. I have 4 buzz box’s and it’s the same on all of them. I’m still having the same problem now.

Installed analti and ran speed test and got 94 upload and 27 download. I’m not using wifi, I am hard wired to all my buzz box’s. Once picture comes in after a channel change, picture quality is very good with no issues. No freezing or buffering.

Also I cleared the cashe and for awhile I thought that did the trick as the channel change to be back to a second or two. But now I can confirm that it did not work and channel changes are still a minute or more.
I also have tiger programming and channel changes are normal with there programming.

I have been putting up with this slow channel change issue for close to 2 weeks now and suddenly today it’s back to normal. It seemed that not many had this same problem but at least one other person did have the same problem so I know I wasn’t crazy.
Not sure if the fix came with the repairs that were done last night to the servers, or if it’s just a coincidence. In any case..if anyone cares I am back to normal and very happy about it.

No tiger VOD or TV series...says it’s under maintenance...bad timing to have scheduled maintenance on thanksgiving.
