How to turn off Closed Caption?

I've tried all the buttons and can't find it.

For individual channels hit green button,check disabled
From home page ,settings device preferences ,accessibility off

I tried both of those but on further checking it seems that I'm only getting it on the ION channel. NFPS is #250. OK3 is down on that channel but it's 271.

My bet would be that it is turned on on the feed that they are using
