buzz 4000 dummy needs help

I hard rebooted my box but now I cant connect to a new server Do I need to install a app or should it connect with just seting the sever up

Have you set up your server url in server settings?
What message do you get when you hit connect?

I think maybe ur Mac addy changed or the Server ID
so it will not connect to that url, just a guess..

Thats a hard reset not a boot

Have you ever had the url working?
why did you do a hard reset?
what service are you using?

Go into settings, apps and clear buzz tv app data and cache

Sorry guys thanks for all the help especially you Nobodyspecial.I havent slept much for three days had 2 computer crashes amongst all thi and just finished getting one back.Lost all my contacts and passwords and files.anyway i cant find that thread now have a bit of trouble navigating this site as I was used to another one for 12 years(now gone)
I got the Buzz to start working-after three hard resets. Now every thing workss better than when it com out of the box
If you could move this to the right forum and thred so all can see as I cant tell you how much I aprceate this site and every one on it.

In the future
If you get this message again

Or a timeout connecting message

Type the exact same Server URL into any web browser on your computer or phone

If it opens to a Stalker Portal with a blue screen, then that means it is working

If you get nothing, then that means the server is down at the moment or you typed in the server url wrong
