TVZON - issue when move user to premium portal

Hi, I just moved one of my client to from Portal V1 to premium V2 in TVZON. it shows the user correctly but the username and password not working and showing error. Its the same username and password we are trying to do. Additionally, i thought moving to other portal will not cost me anything but it cost me 0.19 credit.

Anybody have good idea about TVZON. I am new with TVZON

Btw, the channels loads really fast and great quality but it froze after couple of minutes.

You are correct. The switch option does not work. You can switch back to V1, but only after 24 hours.

Btw do you know if there lag issue can be resolved by doing something on the mag ? I have tried to put 10s buffer but still lags after a while, loads very fast though. So good the channel collection and quality, its a shame it lags that much.

Just checked - the Premium V2 portal not live yet.
