Are you trying to sell a specific sevrice ? Is this app hardcoded for some specific service ?
From the little info I managed to get out of an XML file, it seems to be a custom version of the app that is offered here:

There is no server entry option, just username/password option.

This is all you get when you install and launch it.

System Windows ? Huh ? The downloadable link is an Android APK. This is not a Windows app. Now if you decide to use an Android Emulator, that is a different story, but this is NOTHING to do with Windows.
