Ain't that the truth.I was in what I would call excellent shape until I had a ladder incident in May of 2019.Compression fracture of L2.Broke L3 rib.Punctured my right lung.Bit a quarter sized piece of my tongue off.Dandy.lol
Been a long road back,but exercise & pain brought me back to full speed.
