TVZON - issue with managing users on the portal

Hi, Anyone having issues with TVZOn with customer portal ? I can't change the customer account status change. currently all accounts are ON and for some reason one account is OFF. can't change it. Asked my dealer who game me the panel, he also could not do it after the new portal update.

anyone knows how to resolve this ?
