We are so really sorry guys but due to the server trashing out on us we had to restore from a backup from 36hrs ago.
This means that any transactions that you performed over the past 36hrs will need to be done again.
All reseller credits have been re added to the panel already so that you can do this.

Last few days I have noticed a few issues, especially after midnight. Don't know if it ISP routing issues, but I've tried using the standard domain, and even the reachforthesky one, and some nights it's super slow loading up. Once loaded it is not bad, but if I exit, and then try to get back in, it does sometimes fail. After midnight I often switch to another one of my server lines, which load up right away.
I've learned to just live with some of the quirks of various services. Not like we can call the "helpdesk" :)

Wicked working great last night and again this morning.

What Ive noticed is that it takes 2-3 minutes to connect (last night around 1:30am it wouldnt connect at all) After it does connect, all good. Been using reachforthesky url.

it just takes a bit to load channels

we know it is little slow to load up lists of channels and what not but once it loads runs fine we have to proxy stuff
there is so many DMCA complaints coming in

we will see if we can get it faster over next few days when we can find time to play with some new faster servers and proxy's

Once mine connects, changing channels is pretty good. Guide is hit n miss though. I do love the pic quality for sure over most other services which is why I keep it.

This is getting very frustrating....when I change channels often all it dose is buffer for what seems like forever. Been buffering 5 minutes now as write this. Oh my god picture just came back. I’m afraid to change channels now for fear of losing it again.

Buzz 3900 new wickback URL channel change seems quicker, EPG loads OK, no buffering looping so far Except 3831; 3827 (for several days) although lo-bit 720 CH 4203 seems ok.

my 3900 worked great just seems my xr 4000 i had to delet server and reinstall for epg to fully update and fix

is there a clean up / cache option on that xr 4000 i cant find ?

Tried deleting wicked and reinstalling but will not connect to server. Wickback will also not connect to server. Any ideas?

Wife was streaming wicked just fine, and I tried to change the channel on her to check if there was an issue, and I can no longer tune into anything. Got out and tried to go back in, and all 3 wicked different portals I have are not responding :(
Switched to my other services for now :(

Hope they are not removing any 24/7 channels. They do have one of the nicest complete list which is one reason wife loves it. Many of the 24/7 streams they carry, not many other services do.

I’ve been watching wicked for almost an hour this morning without a hiccup. Not sure if the problems I was having last night was something on my end. No one else has reported having issues so I can only assume it was on my end.
Anyway, all seems to be good again.

Wicked for some reason, a few times a week starting around 8pm ET, it starts to glitch (on pretty much all channels, including US, Canada, 24/7, etc.). Some days worse than others.. It typically lasts about an hour, and then comes back to normal. I don't know if that is some maintenance time slot on the server, but I've learned to live with it. If it is maintenance scheduled at prime time, I think it should be moved to some wee hours of the morning slot to affect less people and when server load is typically lower.

I have to admit however that the last few weeks has been pretty good. Haven't seen the issue much, but I don't recall if it was yesterday or the night before, the wife complained about it being back to the same, so just switched service for an hour.

And it is not a bandwidth (at least on my side), or box issue, because on the same box, I switch to OK2 or northern, and they stream fine during the same period.

Hey there is no SLA on these services :) Many factors can affect stability, and many are often not even in the hands of the operators. Could even be some routing point or layer3 switch, between us and them and is acting up, so it won't affect everyone. You learn to live with the occasional glitches, or switch service.
Someone looking for SLA, should not be in the IPTV hobby.

last 2 days we have been switching servers

sorry we should have posted

its a cat and mouse game and sometimes moving of stuff is necessary

we tried our best to keep it in best shape we can when moving multiples of servers

our service is not a big server like some the other guys out there so will be a few hiccups now and then

we try to bring best stream quality/ picture to our clients

its always a good idea to have more then one service in this game for the price you pay vs a sub if this is your only tv source
