You can always install an emulator on your PC, then install stbemu. Nox is a good one, that doesn't bog down. Leapdroid is real lightweight, and works as well. I have a dozen services on my emu. Some of those euro based services are 10+...propanel, mainpanel, monster...

this is a decent site to get iptv
many do not have a expiration date
so some may not work.you can check
to see if the server is still up by
pasting the http address into your browser
or use an iptv checker a good checker will give
you expiration dates if you scan there are some
here that do try to match the combolists of the
m3u if it uses user:user go with that first
if it uses 10 characters as a username and 12
as password go with it but dont rule out other
combolists when building your own combolists.

if you use the multi tool the iptv leecher
will grab the lists then you can check them
