my understanding is only one of the portals is for m3u

There are a few that do give you a mac and a m3u
i can think of one offhand but there is more.

Now you will find many servers on this site and many other sites like it not all servers run a mac and m3u server on the same account
yes you may see a mac address and a m3u but if that server is only running a mac server and not a m3u server that playlist that is there will not work.
