Jynxbox Ultra Hd V30+ Issue

I used to use this when south iks had 129 with no problems . On north iks i get black bars on the top and bottom when watching hd . North iks with a dreamlink t5 does not have this issue . Any help or suggestions would be appreciated . Thanks

You need to adjust the Video Settings on rec/TV Most North is still done at 480p, some 720p, at best
Sat. 82 has some HD at 1080p (sports channels)
