New Turkey Deep Fryer

Just got a new 30 qt deep fryer and was wondering what other meats besides turkey or chicken are good to cook in this thing.Not seeing much doing a search and what I found I can cook on my stove.Looking for info and good recipes.I have tasted turkeys deep fried and there delicious I will probably use mine mostly for whole chickens but don't want it collecting dust.

will never eat a turkey from the oven again

I know you can steam crab legs which is my favorite food and other seafood but already have a stove top steamer.
