XRS 4500 player

Just getting used to the new box. Like it a lot!

I used to use mx player with cyberflix on my xpl3000 with no issues
Since using the new xrs4500 it doesn’t work. I can use Vlc and a few others but not mx player. Is this normal ops for others out there or am I missing a step in loading the player app. ??

Filelinked,,,I don’t think so.

I appreciate the help. Since posting I loaned the unit to my plumber to let him see the new unit. When I get it back I’ll get more info etc.

One note the xpl3000 (which works) is using mx player . It isn’t saying pro.

filelinked is a filesharing app It takes a little bit to get used to but it makes installing files very easy
I suggest reading a youtube video on it
You mx player probably does not work because the 4500 is android 9
once you get the hang of filelinked you can use the codes here to get mx pro

I use mx player as main my player, try another version. The 3000 is rooted while the 4500 is not. Apps that require root will not work on the 4500,thats why I've been rooting for root for a while now.

Thx Maestro701 . Ok ill look at this when I get my 4500 back. Do you happen to know a version that is confirmed to work? And are we talking mx player or mx pro player?

Correct,

Is it the same version & build as what Maestro 701 is using? Knowing what is a working copy will cut the leg work down when im trying it out again.

Anyway, I’ll just put a book mark here and wait until I have my 4500 back. There is little that can be done until then.
