t5 wont connect

i have a dreamlink t5 about 6 months old was running fine now wont connect to internet running ethernet i hooked up jyxnbox and was fine could it be the module did reboot of modem and router several times thanks for any info

Look in T5 network settings and make sure it's set to DHCP & NOT STATIC, if it's DHCP you should see all the
boxes/fields filled in with DATA/Numbers etc.

not sure it this will work but i know i had that problem with mine before and had to input all the info manually i was lucky because i had another box i got the info from i don't know if you can get it off the jynxbox like that or not though once i input it manually it was ok

ok ill try that i changed ethernet cords hooked up directly to router connects once in blue moon but mostly doesnt connect at all shows nothing in ip settings all zeros get back to yas thx

i put in info manually says connection ok but when i go to server setup all my info was gone so trying now how to input all server info again when i do that nothing saves

pretty sure it save all my server info it only shows server ip on page though and server still wont connect iil keep trying thanks

tried everything could it be a bad lan port on receiver it does show network settings numbers showing up with connection [ok] showing up but when trying to apply server connection wont connect to server

Put ALL info in where needed (no mistakes) once info is in exit out, it will ask you to SAVE, on TV screen (red button)

worst case you could start from scratch factory reset then apply latest bin file, readd sats and server info then rescan?

when i do factory reset do i lose files and then put them back in

ya did that still no server connection going to try factory reset

you lose all settings correct. So you’ll have to re-enter your info in or load settings files. I’d recommend just doing it all from scratch.

ok did all that still wont connect to receiver oh well nice paperweight back to reliable jyxnbox thanks for help guys too bad receiver only 6 months old.
