How would YOU do it,if hundreds of thousands of lives were in YOUR hands?

Agreed, why does it take years to develop vaccines for diseases but suddenly there are several for covid in such a short time?

EVERYTHING can & does happen faster in this era.Take a look at the world around you.Try to fathom how far we have come in the last 100 years.
The world is in a health crisis, that isn't getting better anytime soon, because too many people have come complacent with the covid situation, & refuse to do the right things, many because they hide behind the constitution.
The vaccine will probably take lives,& make others ill,but it will save countless numbers of lives in the end.Tough, hardline decision that had to be made.

Just amazing that the covid vaccines have been developed and tested in such a short time. The other most recent vaccine developed was for Ebola which was recently put into use. Researchers were working on this for probably 20 - 30 years before the Public Health Agency of Canada finally developed an effective vaccine in 2014. I really didn't expect to see a covid vaccine for at least another year or two. Fortunately I was wrong.

There's FAR more money on the table with this vaccine than any other in history. That is always a huge motivator.

A vaccine for Corona virus wasn't developed in the last 6 months

Cov-Sars was around for the last 11 years or so

This devolpoment vaccine was a tweak on what science was already working on

Infact Moderna had the vaccine ready in February ... Politics kept it out of distribution because it hadn't passed human testing

Now after 6 months it's that SAME vaccine that is being distributed

On another note .... The spanish flew of 1918 was a Corona virus also

you can have my place in line !

I won't take it just yet,but would give to a front line person,or senior citizen more deserving.I will get vaccinated when my time comes it's the right thing to do.

Anyone looking for conspiracies concerning this virus or vaccine should NOT watch the Amazon Prime series Utopia.
