Movies,sound not in sync with picture

just wondering why when watching Movies from the Video Club on OK3,Most times Sound is 2-3 seconds later then image.Is there something that I can do to remedy this.Thanks

Formuler Z8 ,on STB EMU

UPDATE,Changed player from ljk to EXO.However EXO would not open movie file.Then I tried the internal Player which works fine without any sound lag.The only downfall with the internal player is that I can not advance or rewind the movie which was possible when using ljt,I can however pause it.

Yes,just checked that.But then I decided to try other players.Seems like "External player" using MX Player works fine for video-audio sync and will allow me to FF or rewind the movie.Thanx Herk.
