Ok2 on Smart STB videoclub server unavailable

Is there anyway to fix getting a server unavailable message with videoclub on ok2 on smart stb on smart tvs. It is happening on 2 different smart tvs, 1 LG and 1 Samsung. The live tv works fine on them. Just wondering if there is a way to fix this. Thanks.

How do you change your media player on smart stb? I know you can on stb emu. I guess it's working on the LG TV but not the samsung.

Press the enter key/setting key in STB Emu,you should see a pop up setting menu which you can select Media player > Select VLC this should clear your issue.

I know how to change the media player in stb emu. I'm asking how do you change it on the smart stb app for smart tvs not stb emu.

I have having the same issue. Did you end up finding a fix for this? Server Unavailable on VOD and TV-series but live tv channels work fine

You need your mac reset. Contact your reseller to put a reset in.
