My house isn't covered on floods.Lucky I don't live in a flood zone.Would this be considered a flood?Can you imagine this having a basement.

I had a neighbor that had a concrete floor poured for a building.Guess what the truck crossed to get to the pad.Truck almost fail over from the septic tank collapse but got pulled out before concrete was wasted.
