USTVGO on Firestick

Trying to watch USTVGO on Firestick and keep getting file wont play error code 232011. Using express VPN connected to New York. Tried on both Silk and Firefox Browsers. Any ideas?

USTVGO is a legal service. Try excluding it from the VPN...............and restart the FireStick.

No unfortunately that didn't work, but thanks. I'm in Canada but I think using a US VPN it should still work.
