Bypass Barracuda?

Sorry if I posted in the wrong section......

My work is currently switching our isp and my pc is going to have sites blocked by Barracuda. I currently have no web restrictions and wondering if there is any way around Barracuda if I wanted to get to certain sites......
I like to bet horses on spare time and assume HPIBet and Bet365 will be blocked....

Yeah, they prolly wouldnt and the biggest prob would be that I wont even had admin privilege on it to install anything......
I assume Im S.O.L. and have to find other ways to occupy free time?
