XR 4500 Remote Problem

I have one RCU that works when it wants to , i changed batteries and still works whenever it wants .. Its properly paired , or is it ?

The other unit i have works fine , just one unit is giving me a problem , not sure if its the remote or the box or maybe i didn't pair it correctly i wonder ...

How do you know if its paired up correctly ?

i do appreciate the help , i know you're testing quite a few different models , it's actually settings/Remotes & Accessories

then it shows BuzzTV BT-100 , i am guessing that's the remote .. if you did it correctly ..


but Maestro was spot on , it was the batteries .. i didn't wanna believe a entire brand new pack of triple A's was all bad , but they were ;x


i appreciate both of you guys for helping out , a really good friend of mine , or at least i consider him one LoL ... said this box was really good .. as usual he was correct ..

had a few glitches here on my side , added a wife extender for the dead spot in that section of house and updated both modem and firmware in router . what a difference that made oh and the batteries ..

i can't complain everything works great on 5 hgz too , but 90% of the problems were on my side ..

Changed out old cable modem for new one and updated firmware in router and changed the batteries , i am good .. i wanna test some other services on my other nic i am out trolling on but that hasn't gone over too well , it would be nice if the resellers offered a way to pay gift card , like the ones in 7-11 easy n and out .. or bitcoin atm ...... i don't care for the options everyone is giving i am just being honest .... i like true anonymity ..

if coinbase wants my ss# and driver license # , then thats not really true anonymity and it reports to the irs ..... bitcoin is becoming like paypal or already is pretty much ..... too easy to trace ..

we need more options is what i am saying , besides bitcoin/paypal and Canada gift cards ... just me complaining LoL ,, or a suggestion how ever you wanna take it ..... ;D

nothing like having this video play all night in full hd , with the tv off .. in a room setup like a movie theater .. and i gave myself the option to have the tv off .... i used this below ... works great too ;D

kinda hard to sleep with that playing on my tv , i don't like the light whenever i am trying to sleep ...... so now you know why i am turn off my tv ..... that and i'll play music on youtube and turn off tv ... just some ideas for others ;D


and i've noticed on these boxes they save/fix channel format ..


for example channel 282 mtv , its aspect ratio is off .. so i took it off auto by hitting options the green button and put on stretch , a few other channels are like this .. so when i revert back to them it saves .. pretty cool feature too ;D
