Despite the lack of big name roster moves in this week's WWE Draft, people within WWE still expect the company to beef up the Smackdown roster before the show moves to SyFy in October.
The feeling is that WWE made the bigger moves to RAW this week because of Smackdown's current lame duck status on MyNetworkTV. The current plan is to build the brand back up before October.
