I need to know who ican talk to to solve this issue with frigidare I sent him everything I had and he won't hook me up I had a virus on my computer so information was lost but I sent him all code numbers url copy of my vanilla Visa card when paid everything that I manually wrote down issue dates expiry dates don't know what else I can give him you have to understand 300
00 is my hard earned money i expire jan 7th 2022.. he has that info I sent it to him but ignores it plz see what you can do I've been a customer for many years and all , was good till now thank you sorry its hard with no tv I have children that like to watch there shows..thx plz reply..

This forum pms are not stored on your computer so virus doesn't effect anything on this site's Inbox. He must've sent you message after you paid, so look for that. There is no such virus that would wipe out that message unless you deleted or don't have it at all.

my reply to you was same as everyone else

you need to send us a screen shot of pm we sent you when you renewed last
must be a screen shot showing pm is from us as sender
so we know it was not edited
reply pms can be edited to easy & some users have already tried that

so only option is screenshoot
