anyone else having trouble with pvr? I have it hooked up to 1tb sshd which I used with my xrs4500.When I select record the picture gets really choppy,starts stops and I have a hard time to stop the recording,pressing stop doesnt help.

Was it formatted as external storage?

Yes formatted,ir uns 20-30 seconds,picture stops and restarts a few seconds later. it does the same with internal player,I never had any problems with my xrs4500

you tried both players? I have zero issues recording to internal
Make sure you are on version 540

yes I have tried both players,looks like version 325,when I check for updates it tells me I have the latest version

Here’s what I have found out,watching while recording it starts and stops over and over,pretty much unwatchable. When I go into pvr and play what I recorded it plays perfectly. I guess that’s a good thing just puzzled why I can’t watch live while recording

No I didn’t,I installed the sshd when I set the box up new
