If you want a box that can run a sky Q skin, get an Enigma2 box. There are a few Sky skins available for different images.

Dinobot put one out an android/enigma2 a couple of years ago. I have never seen one in NA though. I have 2 enigma2 boxes. I have a zgemma H7 and a Octagon sf8008. I have 6 images on the multiboot sf8008, with 4 on the flash and 2 on the sd card. 5 of the images are enigma2 and 1 is full Linux. If you get one, get an sf8008 single.

I have a Buzz xpl4500 it works great for 4k, you must purchase a 4K HDMI lead for it to get full 4K. I also use a cat5 network cable.

I recently bought the new Buzz4900 and have to say it's the best box I own. Great features and very very clear picture. The auto updates are spot on. I run Iptv, Kodi, Youtube etc etc etc and haven't had a single problem or crash since owning it.
Even my wife loves it so much she wants one for the bedroom now. Oh yea...the universal remote is excellent as well and not a small android box remote either, it's full size. I am certian the buzz 4900 will run the Sky Q Skin and really don't think there is much this box can't do.

You can try a mag box, 425a or 500a. they both support 4k. There no cheap Chinese rubbish with this box and is still affordable for what its worth.

Mag is not very secure although made in europe most of the parts are from china
most all your boxes including the buzz are made in china like everything else
