live tv - "cannot get response from server" & Youtube Freezing

guys, i have two issues. hoping somebody can assist. I've already factory reset the unit.

1. After I enter the server URL and press connect, i get a msg saying "cannot get response from server". However, when i click on the "back" button, all the channels start to populate as normal.

This is happening every time i click on live TV... i need to press "back" in order for the channels to load.

2. Youtube is freezing from time to time. Sometimes, it won't even load and just gets stuck on a black screen.

Are you connected via wifi or ethernet? Maybe your sub is being used by someone else?

Go to the market store that comes with the unit and update YouTube. This happens when you are using an older version of the app.
