They say their satellites are 60 times lower than typical satellites to reduce latency. If the sats are normally 22000 miles up to maintain geosync orbit, I wonder how this system works at only 365 miles. That's lower than the ISS.

The ISS is 254 miles up, way below those things.

And here is a look see at where they all are, and you are correct, they are not geosynchronous satellites....This is why they need so many.

Last night we saw the last sky train go over,(the latest launch, and they haven't dispersed yet) it was a great show, it will be back around 7:55 to 8:10 PM pacific time tonight at my location.
