BuzzTV XPL3000,
Android security patch level August 1, 2016, Ver. 6.0.1
Build V001S901_20190314
Last update May 2017, checking for updates states none available.

BuzzTV app doesn’t connect to portal, but MaxTV app does connect using same information. Incidentally, my 4900 will connect to portal using either Buzz app or MaxTV app.

What should I do to get my 3000 to connect also with BuzzTV app?

At the bottom of menu page it says ver 2.0 (247) updated 2/....

I clip update and it says none available

I checked off credentials, and then entered them. However, I don’t remember seeing a box stream line. I will look for it. Thanks.

I searched everywhere and don’t see a box called “stream line”

Does this model with this app’s version have that box?

its right above the box marked credentials
you should be on version 352 not 247
hit menu configuration check update
