Agreed...probably a year ago or so.I read an article on how fast the canals cleaned themselves up during the absence of tourists during Covid.People were shocked when they saw jelly fish.I assume it won't look that way for long.

Venice was built in a lagoon because Attila the Hun sacked another nearby city, whose residents fled to to a lagoon which became Venice.
