My 3000 started locking up intermittently. Often when I go through the guide it freezes up. The picture in the corner of the guide still plays but I can't exit the guide or change channels. I have to reboot and then it works fine again.

Any ideas?

Its something we have to live with the 3000's.I had to stop using buzztv and went to tivimate because of crashing.But still have to delete cache and sweep the broom.Seems to lockup on a certain channel.

Clear cache .clear data Delete unused apps are all things you can do
What version are you?

No, when it locks up nothing works except the HOME button, then I reboot.

I'm starting to think about retiring the box and getting a 4900.
