Just trying to get set up with my buzz box for the first time. I have my URL , username etc. Not sure where I put in this information for extreme codes? Any step by step would be appreciated.

I don't know the model he owns but I have seen it , it has 2 antennas.
He's a buddy of mine but I couldn't help him.

after entering url check the box for credentials,streaming line and enter user/pass

Did he by any chance give his mac address to the service?

no not yet he entered user pass in mac, I think I can guide him from here. Maybe? lol

now you have check the 2 boxes and enter user/pass

Thanks everyone... I was able to get it figured out through my provider. Have heard nothing but great things about this site, and the assistance it provides. I am sure I will be back shortly to view some of the threads.

Correct, I had not click the "streaming line" button which removed my mac address and allowed to proceed and get access.
