Hi looking for new service

Looking for a reliable service currently with papo and tiger blood getting alot of buffering on both can anyone recommend a good reliable service. Also I have my box hardwired and fast speed internet with spectrum bought my own netgear router and surfboard modem, also tried VPN still get buffering.
