Anyone using MaxTV? If so, is it up for you?

My reseller is not responding, He has before always been very fast and helpful during cyber attacks or server crashes.

Mine is up right now but it has been up and down like a yoyo over the last week or so.

For those frustrated from not getting a reply from QuakerOates, don’t despair as you WILL get an answer. You will only have to wait til your subscription expires. (Smile). Below was the answer I received and my response:

Many days before it expired it was down. I private messaged you many times but never received any answer. It would have been nice for me to have been answered so that I would not wasted my time uninstalling, re-installing, & rebooting my box. BTW, many other members also never received any answers from you.

I apologize to QuakerOates then if I jumped to the conclusion that you were intentionally ignoring me.I realize that sometimes messages don’t get received. Perhaps your inbox was inundated and got full due to server being down. I did send several private messages that were not answered, so you must not received them because you had always promptly answered me before giving superb support.

I was mainly frustrated at not knowing if issue was at my end or not. I don’t mind waiting til issue is resolved if I know it’s being worked on. I spent A needless amount of time uninstalling, installing, and rebooting.

Uninstalling and the installing player again helped me tremendously.
