Global media plus tv box pro wifi issue

I have a global media plus tv box pro and I am not able to turn on the wifi. I have already tried the about->reset option. Issue still persists. Anyone can please help me.

Yes there is nothing other than power and HDMI attached to the back of it. No ethernet or usb stick. My box is far from internet modem. So I can’t use ethernet cable.

Yor picture is showing that wifi is turned off turn on wifi

The moment i turn it ON, it goes back to OFF automatically.
