Buzztv XPL 3000 Error

Have a magbox that the same service works fine on but not the buzztv

maybe it's locked to that box

Could be but i have a different server on this same box box that loads fine....which makes what you're saying maybe right

Make sure the mac on the buzz matches the mac on the mag, assuming you're using a mac based service.

Are you out of country?

No not OK3 and i'm in the US

I would talk to your service That message has happened with other servers when an ip is blocked by server

Issue is very familiar to me but I got one of two boxes sorted. I don't know what the issue was though but I'm glad it got sorted.

I never did get it resolved....the provider says it has to be a buzztv box issue....he let me try his service on the buzztv xpl 3000 and my mag254 box and it loads and plays fine on the mag and i get this error on the buzztv box no matter what i do .... HTTP 403 Forbidden

It's not a buzz box issue. It's on the server end, your seller might not notice anything on his end or might not even know what to look for. Furthermore, it might be out of his control if he doesn't operate the server.
