Google apps framework keeps stopping

My friend XR4000 showing Google services frame...keeps stopping. How to fix this issue? Also his remote control is not working properly on both of his XR4000 keep pressing but nothing changing with new batteries.

That's an issue with your Google apps Try clearing cache and data in Google play services

I had the same problem with the "Google Services Framework keeps stopping" error. After setting hours searching for the solution, I found that I was using another third-party framework on my Android device. After uninstalling it, the error was no longer showing up. Check out the ################ to fix the problem.
