T5 with 8psk won't scan 119

I have a T5 with 8psk. Why can 't I scan 119? Scans 110. 119 scans no channels and bars remain red. 1.06 bin. Any ideas? Anyone? Transponders change cause this??

Is your Dish pointed correctly, and locked on to 119, in dish settings menu under 119 heading it should say locked
and display 119 top right corner (TV SCREEN). We need more info on how you are setup (LNB's, Switches, etc.) to
help you better.

Bars in red means wrong sat or no signal due to transponder data incorrect.Double/triple check your settings.

Set the receiver to transponder 12414L, TP14, channel 101, this channel is in the clear, you should see the "You have a dish at 119" logo, this will tell you if your on the satellite or not.

run cable from 119 lnb to rec scan

check and see if the T5 will open a HD channel on bird 110 and if so your module is ok. if not the module is fried
