There aren't any savings 18.9 litres equals 649 ounces
At 675$ ,, that's about 1$ an ounce or 40$ for a 40 pounder
Which is regular price for Vodka in Ontario Canada -- and you can pour it out by tilting the bottle

Who know maybe Vodka is more expensive in Saskatchewan

At the New Hampshire Liquor Store that bottle would cost 250$US
