Yes it's completely dead it don't boot up no lights nothing my power supply is good, there must me something wrong on the board somewhere.
I check on kiji and don't trust that guy, i don't want to send him money and after i'm afraid he don't send me the receivers.

Does anyone know where the DC voltage regulator for lnb power would be located?

That regulator wouldn't keep it from booting bro.Looking at the board carefully for fat caps is a good start.Don't give up yet.Replacements are very hard to come by.

Mine crapped out after a few hours (this was years ago after I first purchased it). There was a VERY small diode one of the small flat type right after the D.C. input jack. Absolutely no power going to board. I noticed after it failed it lifted up from the board and was noticeable. There is a small silver band on one end of it you gotta watch for polarity. I had an old HP printer I stole a diode off. Not saying this is 100% your problem but never know! No problems since (also tossed extra fan in above 8psk module)

We used to call that "testing"...
