After numerous years of operations without a price increase
We have to adjust our price due to inflation / operating cost's
Current prices for iks clients & resellers credit's will remain unchanged for the rest of May
The increase will take affect in June and our sales portal updated to new pricing

Looks like most people didn't read this. You can't skirt prices with resellers, please stop PM'ing trying to avoid it.

This is a great service, been solid for a long time. Currency has been devalued and prices are up, just the way it is. There is a crazy amount of value for the dollar with this service, just accept the increase.

It's a risk to lost a many member and it's probably the end of the IKS or the end to you SAT9182

It's to expensive and many people go to the iptv, there are many more channels and no problems to the meteo, you take a very bad decision...

sorry you feel this way
the price is still 1/10th or better then the cost of a sub with such channels, not including the cost of any events or specialty programing like season tickets

If you feel is to high you don't have to sub
we understand and thank you for your previous business

there is still many that still love it and some that just cant get the speed and bandwidth required for iptv

there is still lots of life left in iks
alot of people we know have both iks and iptv
if your net ever suffers a problem with speed and or your iptv provider has issues iks is a great backup since it only takes very little bandwidth and speed

I still know people on dial up on it
xplornet without a package still let's little bandwidth go through for subbing during a install and its even enough to run iks :)

I don't think anyone minds an increase, but I think a 66% increase all at once is a little much but hey your the boss.

but ever since the start of July when I renewed
this once excellent service for years, with the price increase has become, horrible
will not switch with channel changes ,or work at all my receiver just sits there, waiting
nothing has changed on my end ,what is happening? anyone else having these problems?

and you will never get what you paid for

not only is he the boss, he's taking the biggest risk and has the most to lose

people are free to jump in and provide their own service, but I doubt we'll see too many offering to step up

nothing has changed on the server side what so ever but price
you may want to check your system setup for issues

the one year plan went up by $4.1666666 a month $ 50 bucks a year more

Why would you say that? I'm not going to post figures here, but as a reseller 50 creds has gone up 66% is all I'm stating.

you are more then welcome to go to the site and see the numbers for yourself :)


well your at it why not stop at the providers too
see how much to sub all per month threw them
then trow in the ufc's
and oh the locals and movie feeds from either east or west coast you cant even sub unless your either on the east or west coast that we have

don't get me wrong ... you get to set your prices and like I said previously, you are taking the biggest risk ...

that doesn't mean people won't complain though, your first response (post #8) sums it up nicely :)
