Buzz 5 Version #727 Changes:
- Added Group channel numbering feature for Live TV Categories in the configuration menu.
- Added actor search feature for VOD + TV Series. You can search Actors movies + TV Shows available on your server
- Added actor search feature to VOD Info page, you can click on the actors photo to search the movies that are available on the server.
- Added Radio API Feature to MAC Servers
- All icons on Modern Home Screen have been updated and resized.
- Fixed internal storage free space issue in time shift
- Fixed Locked Category couldn't be hidden
- Fixed scrolling issue in Organize Categories menu
- Fixed a rare memory leak in time shift for HLS streams
- Fixed the app couldn't load Account Info data for some xcodes accounts
- Updated VOD icon on home screen and slide out menu
- Increased max retries if cannot load stream due to buffering.
- Updated tv series API to fix a few minor issues on some servers
- Updated Single EPG UI
- Fixed a bug when the app wouldn't load account data on some MAC servers
- Fixed a bug when the app wouldn't load some MAC servers

- Fixed a rare crash if open live tv info bar menu while no channels is playing and then immediately switch to another menu before a channel started playing

factory reset remote first

mine worx fine
plus it updated from v3 to v7
now it shows battery level in the app
it has update tab and pair bt tab now too

go to remote app and set it up again

My remote did update to V07 and it says Connected but Volume still not working everything else seems good.

The volume can be turned back on by going to BuzzTV Utililies, Volume Control And uncheck "Force Max Volume" but when you restart the box it will go back to the original setting. I also noticed that the Powerkey suspend option is no longer available.

Thanks wallstreet that worked volume working again. You are correct when I reboot it shuts off and I have to uncheck it again. Hopefully that will be corrected a future update.

My volume doesn't work tried resetting remote a couple times, turned off Force Max Volume, didn't help.
Went one step further and did a pin reset, everything is up to date and working otherwise just no volume.

what's your source for sound?

when it worked before update I have the X5 hooked up to my Marantz receiver and then to my Samsung plasma tv I would turn the volume up on the receiver and then use the X5 remote to control the tv volume up and down

I have tried direct hookup to tv and makes no difference no volume

So right now i use the receiver remote to get volume

It is paired to tv it will show volume up and down but no sound, it will not pair with my receiver

Okay i just tried it again i hooked up direct to tv and reset remote paired it to my tv and now i get volume out of the tv.

When i hook back up to receiver using HDMI tv volume dose nothing have to use receiver remote for volume, didn't have to do that before up date
