I doubt I would crawl in there and use a hydraulic jack either ...

if I really wanted to dislodge it, I would try a few well placed shots with a high power rifle

didn't know what an m80 is, I googled it and it appears to be fireworks.

my rifle would still be a lot safer, while you might be correct, it might not work, but I can't imagine crawling up there to plant explosives or anything for that matter ...

last time I used fireworks it didn't leave a 6 foot crater behind...lol
wax packed so also good for fishing ;)
