Sat9182 funny business

My bud got an email from sat9182 today saying his account was turned off. This was because they tried to process his payment and it didnt go through. They said also if a new payment was not added within 24 hours he would be banned.
His plan was a 1 year and was paid for and processed and activated on april 20 2022, and his account check says inactive but expires on april 20 2023.
They did say they were back logged on payment processing, we should all be so lucky to be 3 months behind collecting our incoming cash. Any how my bud is 100 percent sure that payment went through before he disposed of the temporary payment card.
He did reply to Sat9182 via email reply but doesnt expect it will do any good, but he thought people should be aware this could happen leaving you with no recourse but to fork over more money or be shut down.

Your friend should not have disposed of his card period Without proof of payment it's all a rumour
I have dealt with sat 9182 and he is an honorable man and has provided this site with many benefits
I suggest you tread carefully in your accusations or the door might hit you on the way out

I have nothing but respect for this site and its many helpful members. And my bud has enjoyed many years of great service from Sat9182 and is not accusing them of anything nefarious. Its just an unfortunate situation that I thought others could benefit from knowing.

Without proof the only lesson to be learned here is to keep your proof of payment. It was inferred your friend was right I tend to believe sat9182

My freind wishes to apologize to sat9182. All of the issues are not their fault at all. The card was used to activate service on apr 20 and then given to the wife to use the remaining balance. She used it for the shopping shown above a couple of months later assuming that when the service had begun the payment would have been taken. I sincerely apologize to sat9182 and to the members here for any drama I have caused. Regards Huck
