Hi all,

I was a daily visitor on this site way back in 2012-2016 etc. Looking to get back into the game. I recently saw one of my friends show me his Samsung TV with an app "Smarters TV Pro" and he was showing me the various different IPTV subscriptions he had. He told me to search "reddit" but I am not too familiar with it, so I thought maybe coming here would be better :)

Any suggestions on which sub I can purchase for Smarters Pro TV app? I am also open to suggestions on other App's that I can download from the Samsung TV App Store...

Location wise, I am in Canada.

Please let me know! forgive me if this is a redundant question... I did do a thorough search for keywords in this forum for "Smarters" but didn't find much.

There are many services which you can find here, you can just PM some of the resellers and take a few short subs and see which one you prefer. Most services which support XC or M3U type subscriptions will work fine with Smarters App. Not allowed to promote any specific services, but most resellers here offer decent options.

I am not a fan of the smarters app, but that is a personal preference (Interface is fine on a tablet, but I hate it on a TV). On generic Android boxes, I think Tivimate is one of the best options (not free however but well worth the low cost). Not sure however if it can run directly on the Samsung TV, since I've only used it on standalone Android boxes. And ultimately, a BuzzTV box is my preference. Great overall support and great interface.

Appreciate you inputs all the time :)

But to each their own. Personally, I hate smart TVs. If I could find something today that did NOT have smart features (which is not easy today), I'd prefer it over a smart TV. I tend to keep my TVs for ages, so it's easy to change an external box when you want to, but would not want to change a TV, just because it's internal "Smart" features are starting to lag (which they do after a few short years).

But everyone prefers something different, and peoples viewing habits are very different. I am still pretty old school, and still like to watch regular live TV.. But, by kids, they can't stand to watch live TV, they will just stream whatever episodes of some show instead.

i also still have a old toshiba front projection 50"
and a panasonic plasma tv that i turned into a smart
tv with a walmart 25 dollar Onn box

but the bottom line is all these media players and smart tv`s do the same thing they bring you
the apps to watch iptv they all preform the same its all in the server that you chose
that brings you that quality tv.
