i would have done a couple of things 1. speeded up and let him know his bucket was up, 2. gone to the left and speeded up to make sure none of debre hit me, 3. slowed down and watch what happens when some dumb sh-- does not pay attention to his gear, i would think that there would be some sort of alarm light on the dash to indicate the bucket was up, have no idea, but this happen to often and companies do not getting sued because of careless workers
