Good day all...the Noof has the very sad chore of cleaning out his historic collection of vintage sat stuff in preparation for moving up north.This will be like going back through time for me, all the way back to the "F card" era,1997.lol.Anyways, I have a fully functional SV 8000 with all the trimmings free to the home of any member in good standing at Satfix.It has been out of service for 2 plus years.It will come with a remote, 2 working hubs a spare turbo 8psk module & spare working power supply.It has excellent supplemental cooling added as well.I was never pleased with the picture quality when used for North service, but it was the stb to beat for South back in the day.All I ask is you prepay shipping & it's yours.Let me know...

P.S...I'm gonna lay out all the testing I have on the floor & take a picture before I throw it out, just so you can see how long I've been at this...lol.

neos,syndromes,atmegas,avrs and an armega
a dlhd,a dl t4,a cnx trio,duo and mini plus a sv 360 elite
oh and several tsop locks
I tossed out about 30 bev 3100's...lol
almost forgot some n3 chips mounted to boards and a p4/p5

Without bragging (more like shame lol), I just took back 570-lbs of irds,jtags,unloopers,iso programmers,bootstraps,magic boards, & stuff I can't even remember what it did.There was too much to count, so I went by weigh in/out at the dump.I still have enough USEFUL stuff to be ashamed of too.I don't mind sayin' it brought a tear to my eye.
P.S...there were 11 working modded VIP211's in that pile.

with the 3100's I made 6 trips to the curb with about 15-20 in each box
each trip the ones before were already gone
not sure why the scrapper just didn't wait and offer to help...lol

I just cut a hole in the bottom and used a quad jtag

I finally found a pwered jtag that nailed them every time.I did the same:access hole over the jtag pads.Mine had strong magnets to hold it to the chassis.

I also used to dremel a hole in the back of ird and mount permanent jtags I had made(probably have few of those too...lol)
one day I'll pull the totes out and see what else I saved from years ago

It isn't too bad for the Jynx:from Ontario to BC is either 33.00 or 42.00 depending on std or xpress.

As it turns out, the total shipping cost from Ontario to BC will be 34 bucks regular parcel.Not bad at all in these days of uber inflation.
