Updated?

I have an xrs4000 from a friend who has only had this for a week. It was working last night but wouldn't work today. Brought me the box and reset it back to factory as he tried to add a bunch of other servers.
Now, it loads the channel list but just has a black screen.....using OK2. VOD says 'stream not available.
Here are what the updates are at:

Firmware V20211111 Buzz version 2.211105 4.0.530 7/12/2022

I kept trying to update but it says lastest is installed. Should I try and get the buzztv 5 on it instead?
Ive done quite a few boxes and never had this before. All my boxes here have buzztv 5 but have left most of the ones I did lately on buzztv 4 and none have had this issue.

I just tried to load wickediptv and it came up right away. Is there a reason why OK2 will not show a picture?

after checking for update enter 2015 while still in update screen

I tried that but it said beta update not available. But, do I need to update to buzztv5? It worked when I added wickediptv and when I went back to OK2, it was on, vod worked and all, although I did do a reset from the panel. Then changed back and forth and now OK2 is back to a black screen again.

try a different video player

Did that as well.....OK2 only came on after resetting it from the panel. But then went to a different server and back to OK2 and black screen again. Other server works fine.

if you have a reseller panel you should be able to that

I don't recall seeing that option on the OK2 panel. You can create one type or the other, but once it is created, don't see an option to convert.

Email buzz with your mac addy and firmware info
Let them know you have tried 2015 and are not getting an update
