what i notice is the piers for high and low tide, it all looks very remote, but very modern, no very old buildings, nice lake in the background, missed Casper until you mentioned it.

It's hard to tell the age of the buildings in those small seaside fishing villages.They look similar to the ones commonly seen on the Newfoundland coast, & many of those are over 100 years old.It is beautiful though...
