In the 1970s, North Korea ordered 1,000 Volvo cars from Sweden, as a response to its emerging economy. The cars were shipped & delivered but North Korea just didn't bother paying & ignored the invoice. To this day, the bill remains unpaid, making it the largest car theft in history.

Why did they ship them without payment?
The dealer here won't let me drive away without paying first.

That's why they came up with "TEST DRIVE" Drive away Don't Come Back.............lol lol

In my area the dealer always goes along with a test drive, and the gas gauges are always on almost empty, so you don't get too far.

And they have "Trunk Monkey" installed.
