Not to worry there Dee I gave up Hunting Wild game a While Back, But I do prefer the Taste of Moose/Elk over Beef any day.

I have had venison sausage and pepperoni and that was absolutely delicious
I actually enjoy lamb when we raised it. I used it for everything...spring lamb
